Detailed operation projects by activity direction
1. Upgrade of foundation for promoting unification and North Korea policy
We will deploy unification foundation based on free and democratic basic order while augmenting the basis supporting the Yoon Sukyeol government's policies on unification and those toward North Korea.
1) To rally PUAC capabilities for promoting national tasks for unification through the launch of the 21st Council
- The attendees to the 21st General Assembly meeting (attended by 10,000 persons, including all Council members in Korea and leading Council members overseas) shared the Yoon Sukyeol government's vision and goals.

The Council members enhanced their understanding of the unification vision and policies for unification and those toward North Korea with regional launch events at home and abroad.
- Domestic: Launch gatherings of regional Councils in Korea (6 to 26 September)
- Overseas: Launch gatherings of regional Councils in 45 key regions (September to December)
2) Promotion of policy recommendations based on live on-site public opinion concerning unification

Intensive pursuit of measures for realizing "Audacious Initiative" and government task for national unification by reflecting the issue of North Korea's nuclear armament and changing inter-Korea relations

2. To perform the role of a platform for the people’s unity by spreading discourse on correct unification
PUAC will demonstrate its capabilities so that a grand national unity may be achieved by overcoming frictions between regions, generations, and classes concerning the unification issue.
1) To stage grassroots unification activities including improvement of human rights in North Korea and customized aid to defectors from the North
- Active promotion of discussion meetings, photo exhibition, lecture, etc. on human rights in North Korea around regional organizations at home and abroad
