2024 Peaceful Unification Drawing Contest

The Okcheon-gun Chapter (Head Kim Seung-ryong) held the "2024 Peaceful Unification Drawing Contest" on April 30 at the Daejeon National Cemetery. About 90 people, including students and teachers of Jukhyang Elementary School, and PUAC members, participated in the event. 

The event, which started with a visit to the memorial tower at the Daejeon National Cemetery, included tour of the cemetery with a guide and watching a video at the Veterans Future Hall, which was followed by a drawing contest on the theme of "Unification I Think of."

Chapter Head Kim Seung-ryong said, "I hope this event will be a good opportunity to honor those who sacrificed for the nation and society, the ancient martyrs and the patriotic spirits." Kim said that the Okcheon-gun Chapter will promote various projects for unification education of the youth.
